The BIM and SAPPHIRE provides the opportunity to preview all the elements of a structure before the build, price out the elements appropriately, and engage your construction with efficiency and accuracy in mind.

Finalize

The component manufacturer finalizes the structural framing and optimized 3D model, and the builder views the final plans using SAPPHIRE Viewer. This resolves any interferences or gaps in the structural alignment and framing of the home, accounts for the loads on the structure and locks in an optimized framing package.

The builder uses final 3D BIM to finalize all building materials through their trusted supplier. The component manufacturer uses the final model to drive the automated equipment and workflow to build the components with high speed and precision.
